International Hospitality Management
Bulle campus is home to the students of the BSc in International Hospitality Management programme, MAS programme and the STAR (Swiss Tourism Applied Research) unit. The Bulle campus provides a university-style campus set in the Pre-Alps where outdoor sports are readily available and students can easily take weekend trips to popular regions of Europe .
Students of the BSc in International Hospitality Management will complete their preparatory semester at the Glion campus of Glion Institute of Higher Education.*
Food, Beverage & Operations Management
Bluche campus is home to the students of the BSc in Food, Beverage & Operations Management programme, MAS programme and the SHARE (Swiss Hospitality Applied Research) Research unit.
This campus in the Swiss Alps provides a village-style setting and state-of-the art facilities, plus easy access to Crans Montana, mountain sports and excursions to Milan, Zurich and other cultural sites. This campus is shared with Les Roches.*
