Welcome to LRG University of Applied Sciences!

LRG University of Applied Sciences is a brand new University that received official federal authorisation on the 2nd of July 2008 from the Swiss government. This new institution has launched a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management using the resources and facilities of the highly-reputed Swiss institutions of Les Roches International School of Hotel Management* and Glion Institute of Higher Education*. Both of these institutions are ranked among world’s leading hospitality management schools for an international career (TNS, U.K, Global Survey, September 2010).

*Les Roches and GIHE, our sister schools, are accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) in the USA. Glion is not part of the federally authorised UAS but the preparatory program is given on the Glion campus of this institution.

Our Bachelor of Science

Study for a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management 

LRG University of Applied Sciences offers a Bachelor of Science with 2 specialisations.

The first is in International Hospitality Management and will take place on our Bulle campus in Canton de Fribourg.

The second specialisation is in Food, Beverage and Operations Management and will take place on our Bluche campus.
