Les Roches-Gruyère University of Applied Sciences is the first private University of Applied Sciences in hotel management in Switzerland. It offers a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management including a specialisation in international hospitality management or a specialisation in food, beverage and operations management that is recognised by the Swiss government and that meets the Bologna European standards. It also offers a one year Master of advanced studies. This university uses the resources and facilities of the highly-reputed Swiss institutions of Les Roches International School of Hotel Management and of Glion Institute of Higher Education*. Both of these institutions were recently ranked in a worldwide industry survey to be among the top three hospitality management schools in the world for an international career.
