Les Roches-Gruyère University of Applied Sciences is the first private University of Applied Sciences in hotel management in Switzerland. It offers a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management including a specialisation in international hospitality management or a specialisation in food, beverage and operations management that is recognised by the Swiss government and that meets the Bologna European standards. It also offers a one year Master of advanced studies.
